Super Bill / Fee Slip

The completed Super Bill is given to office personnel who simply accesses the patients records and indicate the appropriate CPT/ICD9 codes on the billing page according to the doctor's directions. The fee schedule, patient's insurance carriers and payment history are already part of the CliniMed Demographic information base. CliniMed can print an instant walk-out bill; batch print several HCFA 1500's; or compile information for an electronic billing session without further input.

E/M
