We provide the opportunity to download CliniMed interactive demo FREE to medical practices. If you are a doctor or work in a practice or clinic that is investigating computerized office systems you may complete the form below and we will contact you by phone concerning the download address and password.

CliniMed is not shareware and the minimum price is several thousand dollars. We will not operate in an intrusive or pushy manner, and we always attempt to respect the fact that medical practices are very busy environments, however, we will only approve downloads where we can discuss CliniMed's use with someone intimately knowledgeable concerning the practices' needs.

We will NOT sell or distribute the information you provide under any conditions.

Unfortunately, we can only make CliniMed available to locations in the United States, it's Commonwealths and Protectorates.

CliniMed Download Agreement

CliniMed Systems, Inc.

WHEREAS:

CliniMed Systems, Inc. (CSI) and the User (identified by the email address below) have this day entered into a contract covering the software program and product entitled CliniMed (Software), and agree to the following:

1. TERMS OF USE:

CSI hereby grants to User, and User hereby accepts, a non transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Software. Software comprises all programs, data, related written media, and disclosures provided in connection with said contract including enhancements, modifications, and/or other communications by CSI relative to such software. The User may not lease, rent, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer the Software without the prior written consent of CSI.

The Software is protected by United States Copyright Law and International treaty provisions. Unauthorized copying, reverse compiling, or disassembly is absolutely prohibited.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE:

Title to and ownership of the software and copyright and all other intellectual property rights of whatever nature relative to the software, and copies thereof, are and shall remain the property of CSI.

User shall only use the software for its own internal purposes; to increase User's familiarity with the Software for demonstration purposes; and for effecting sales of the Software. User shall not make available any CliniMed Software or any portion thereof in any form to any other company or other persons not in its employment without the express written permission of CSI or its subsidiaries.

3. TERMINATION:

This license will immediately terminate if User fails to comply with its Terms. Upon any termination of this license, User agrees to destroy the CliniMed program and all whole or partial copies of the program in its possession and so certify in writing to CSI.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

CSI does not warrant the program will be free errors or will meet User's specific requirements. User assumes complete responsibility for the selection of the program and for decisions made or actions taken based on the information obtained through using the program.

DAMAGES LIMITATIONS:

CSI shall not be responsible for any damages suffered or incurred by the User or by any other party including but not limited to indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
